It's good. Close to everything, within walking distance. There's parking and it's very convenient. The room isn't fancy, but the price is excellent considering the location.

This long-established hotel in Chiang Mai is not far from Nimmanhaemin and close to the road leading up to Doi Suthep, making it convenient to travel to any part of Chiang Mai.

Although the hotel is old, the service from the staff is very good. I am very impressed with the attentiveness and helpfulness of each staff member. At first, I didn't expect to get a room on the first floor. I didn't like the room when I saw it, so I asked the staff to change it. The staff was very helpful by letting me go up to see the new room on the 4th floor first to see if I liked it. I decided to change and was happy to pay the additional fee according to the room upgrade conditions. The room I changed to had a beautiful view overall. I could watch airplanes all the time during this period. I could see the airplanes very clearly. However, I would like to criticize the room's readiness to open the room for customers: 1. The bed was a hole (old mattress), but it was clean. The staff came to change the sheets and make the bed every day. I was impressed. 2. Dust and gecko droppings on the window sill. The room view is very beautiful. But it's a pity that the glass was not cleaned. 3. Dust on the curtains. There were yellow stains. 4. Cobwebs on the corners of the ceiling. 5. Stain or mold on the ceiling in front of the bathroom. 6. Old furniture. 7. The room does not have a key card. It is a key lock system from the outside. It cannot be opened without a key. And to lock from inside the room, there is only a U-shaped cable. There is no internal lock. 8. A hair dryer, an electric kettle, and a tea and coffee set are not provided. If the customer needs them, they must request them. If possible, I'd like to see improvements and a new mattress. My current mattress is giving me severe back pain. I'd like to make the room more beautiful and offer better service. Overall, the staff provided excellent service and care. The location is convenient, and the price is very reasonable compared to other hotels in the area. Thank you so much for taking such good care of me during my 5 days and 4 nights. There was a bit of a problem with the booking code at first, but the hotel staff still helped us check in the room first, and the Traveloka staff helped verify the booking code with the hotel after I contacted them The staff here are quite friendly and hospitable The facilities and breakfast buffet restaurant are quite clean However, the bathroom with the shower is a fixed type without a pull cord, so it is quite inconvenient for us. The warm and cold water here has 2 valves that must be used at the same time, so if you are not familiar with it, it will be difficult to use This is the only minus point of the hotel for me The remaining location, lobby and the view outside the hotel are quite nice, suitable for going out, near Maya One Nimman and the airport

Very bad. Booked a single bed but got a double bed. Asked the staff and they said sorry. Out of 10, I give 0. First and last time. Bad, bad, bad, bad.

The service was very friendly. All the staff were communicative and always greeted us with a smile. The hospitality was excellent. One small note: I have slightly sensitive skin, and on the second day until check-out, the towels felt itchy. Perhaps this could be looked into in relation to the hotel's laundry.

More convenience for walk to Chiangmai University, the room is clean and comfortable

They give two bottles of 250ml of water for 24 hours per room while mostly other hotel provide two bottles of 600 ml drinking water. The hotel sell the drinking water 600 ml bottle for 25 baht which you can get only 10 baht from outside

The hotel is a bit old because it was built a long time ago but the rooms are very spacious and clean.

The hotel is outdated. The 'compact' room is a good value for money, but very small and my room has a small window that is blocked by a rack of dead plants outside. Other than that, most things were good: the room was clean, things worked well, and the staff were friendly.

The room I booked was too small. The security guard was very helpful and gave me advice and helped me carry my luggage.
