Schneller Check-in und Check-out. Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Gutes englisch. Schnelles Internet. Das Hotel liegt etwas außerhalb, außen herum gibt es nichts. Ich würde hier auf jeden Fall wieder hin kommen.

Booked the Delux Grand Suite for 3 nights. First morning no hot water. Room service brought the wrong food every single time. Bar in lobby only had one stool for seating and there were flying insects everywhere. Asked to borrow a HDMI cable for a couple of hours - zero effort was given to help. All in all very disappointing and would recommend somewhere else.

A new and very clean hotel with wonderful and helpful staff! The food at the restaurant is generally good, a little on the pricey side. We had a problem with one dish though other than that, very enjoyable.

On the first day of my stay we left the room with the Make up room sign showing. On my my return that evening about 9pm I found the room had not been cleaned and the sign was still showing on the door. I complained at reception. They advised me that the cleaners had left. Although I was offered another room I did not take this as my girlfriend was out visiting her family until late. When my girlfriend complained the next day she was told that the Do not disturb sign was on the door all day. This was completely untrue. Although the room and hotel were fine this spoilt the stay.

Poor shower and no hot water in the waterbasin in the bathroom.

Beautiful hotel but the bed was super uncomfortable. Rock hard left is sleepless for our 3nights stay.

On arrival hotel very welcoming throughout my stay , and based on the outskirts of the town but some lovely places to visit and eat being my first trip to the area, a car is definetly needed and driving straight forward with directions and overall condition of the roads , i will be returning back to stay at the Eireann Hotel in the future thank you kindly to all the staff .

Excellent except for hard bed and no safe

The hotel is new since April or May 2018, very clean, modernly attractive for the 3.5 star hotel range. Staff is very pleasant and polite. Checking in is fast. Room is spacious, wifi is strong and stable, bed comfortable, linens, towels are all clean and new. Only wish there are 4 pillows instead of 2, and the 2 provided pillows are quite high that it hurts my neck so I slept without the pillow. Breakfast is included and a la carte, and is good, even some bonus fruit is added at the end. We did not use the pool but it looks nice and clean. There was a reserved celebration by the pool on the night we stayed for a big group of 60 people so all the setup of tables were glamorous and the atmosphere was festive! We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommended. Location is good and easy to find. But you need a car to go around the area. Parking is plenty and the bellman is ready as each vehicle arrives to help with luggage! Great service and excellent stay!

The room is very nice and clean , this place quite far from the City but for me is OK cause I'm plan to travel out side City. They are near to Phanom Rung Castle, Lower Stone Castle. I would love to rec-command to visit Lam Nang Rong Beach, Pha Dang view point before back to BKK.

The Eireann is a very good hotel on R24 alongside a Caltex. The medium/large room was clean with a good modern bathroom. The shower, airco, wifi, lighting, frig, flat tv all operated well. There is cupboard space, table, chair and a comfortable bed. The breakfast available is good. The staff is friendly and efficient. The large carpark and swimming pool are a plus. The hotel is good value I will stay again.
