Hotel is quite old, but the hotel room is very spacious and clean. Near a lot of eateries, massage places, and within walking distance to Maya Mall and Nimman.

However, the ventilation is poor; an air purifier should be provided. ...The hotel entrance area looks old and run-down, not as grand as advertised, and I could already smell cigarette smoke. ...The lobby and front desk area had a very strong cigarette smell. A designated smoking area should be located further away.

Going during Chiang Mai, there is a policy not to allow 28 provinces to check in, have to change to a fan name. Because the address does not match 28 Mon, wasted time, had to change the name in the lobby for almost 2 hours, had to call to change the name by myself with the app, very busy, but understood the situation. This room is not as beautiful as the first time.
