The beds are rock hard, we have a backache. Breakfast was toast and jam and corn flakes. Very disappointed. No tea or coffee in the rooms and the rooms stank of sewage. No thanks.

The hotel is located in a deep, rather dark alley. My friend who drove me there even said it was quite deserted. But once we arrived, it was near the university's sports field, brightly lit, and students were playing soccer, so it wasn't scary. If you don't have a car, I recommend buying necessities before checking in because once you arrive, you go straight to your room and there's nowhere to walk around. There's a convenience store open, but it has specific opening and closing times. The room was clean and spacious, with a nice scent. The bed was clean, and the sheets were white. I didn't have breakfast because the main menu that day was stir-fried noodles. Overall, it was okay. Quiet and peaceful, and the price was good. If you're looking for a budget-friendly hotel that offers good value for money, I think this place is perfect.

Came on my first trip with my friend to Chiangmai and had an amazing experience in this hotel. Staffs were friendly, big spacious rooms and nice breakfast. There's also a little shop at the bottom floor if you need anything! Thanks :)

This is our second year staying here. The first time was in May and this time we came. The staffs are as good as ever. It is near the entrance of Maha Lab Chiang Mai. There are many food options nearby. It is very convenient. The bed is good. The room is spacious. The staffs at the counter are friendly and give good advice when there is a problem.

Everything is good. The room smells clean. Every room has private Wi-Fi. Very impressive. The room is big, the floor is clean, the towels and sheets are very clean. But I came alone and asked for a big bed, but got a double bed. It may be my fault that I chose the wrong one, but I slept very well. I woke up and had breakfast, which was enough to fill me up. 10/10
