Brilliant hotel, huge room, very clean, free water everyday, amazing view huge wrap around windows, nice pool and an OK basic gym on the 5th floor, 5 mins to old part of Phuket Town with bars and restaurants, wish had stayed another night than just 2, Phuket Town was lovely 😎 wishhad stay

The staff were the friendliest and the location is walking distance to all of Old Town Phuket. Would definitely stay here again.

部屋がプールのある階で夜遅くまで子供が廊下を走り、呻き、泣き叫ぶ声がうるさくて、24時頃泊り客に文句を伝えたらなんとか静まりました。部屋のエアコンの遠隔コントローラーが壊れているのか早朝に寒くて起きてしまった。窓は開けられないのでルームキィーをBOXから抜き電源を切った状態で早朝を迎えました。早朝チェックアウトなのでフロントには伝えませんでした。それと部屋の異臭、アンモニア臭が気になった。ホテルの立地は想像以上にオールドタウンに近く、スタッフ一同とても親切。エアポートバスもホテルのすぐ近くのバス停があるので便利。巨大ショッピングモールのセントラルへも同じバス停から乗車できます。
