It took me some time before I decided to choose this hotel. And I made the right choice. It is very close to Ao Nang Beach and the surrounding dining and stores, yet the rate is affordable and the room is spacious. It is walking distance to the mosque and the beach. Along the way, you walk in front of stores and restaurants.

Not too far to walk to the beach, near 7-11, shops, bars, services around, comfortable bedroom, soft bed, spacious room, good bathroom, with bathtub, good hot water, hair dryer available, air conditioner cool, quiet room, can't hear much outside noise. Booked a deluxe room with mountain view, the price is not too expensive at this time, worth it.

We stayed 4 nights and we loved it. It's a bit noisy at night because of the bars near the property, but once the balcony door is closed, the sound is minimized. Strong AC (much needed). Clean room and bathroom, friendly staff, good facilities, the pool is very clean.

My stay was fine, but I was glad I was only staying for a night ahead of a transfer to Koh Lanta. The photographs here a slightly misleading as it makes the property appear to be more luxurious than it actually is. In truth, the hotel is quite tired, and the decor is basic. The staff were friendly, but not particularly helpful. Do not expect anyone to help you with your bags. This may sound spoiled, but there are other hotels in Thailand in the same price range where you DO feel warmly welcomed, and the staff go out of their ways to help in any ways they can. There is nothing *wrong* with this hotel, as such. It's just not particularly characterful and would be a disappointment if I'd booked to stay longer.
