The van driver provided excellent service. The front desk staff were very friendly. The hotel was very friendly. The view was great. The room was very clean. The housekeeper provided excellent service.

I stayed at Livotel Hotel Kaset Nawamin Chatuchak and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! The hotel is conveniently located near everything you might need. Just a short walk away, there’s a 7-Eleven (my go-to for quick essentials), along with food stalls that come alive at night, a pharmacy, and a laundry area. The beddings were comfortable, and the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. Even as a solo traveler from the Philippines, I felt right at home. The locals in the area are so kind and helpful. Even with a language barrier, they were patient, and my translator app made communication easy. Overall, I had a fantastic experience here, and I’m already considering coming back for a longer stay. Clean, comfortable, with a convenience store near the pump, parking is convenient, easy to find on the road, the staff have to receive very well.

Clean rooms, good service staff We forgot the money under the pillow. The housekeeper ran down to keep the room behind. Very cute. If there is a chance to use the service again

Reasonable price, clean rooms, close to the airport with shuttle service. The room was well-equipped with amenities. The staff provided excellent service. They also gave coupons for food and drinks. Excellent!

Very good, spacious rooms, complete facilities, those of us who had to go to the airport at 6 o'clock were also provided with a shuffle van. Very recommended, the hotel is close to Don Mueang airport, there is a supermarket and aesthetics underneath

Check-in was easy and fast! We arrived slightly earlier than 2 PM and the staff accommodated us with a room ready. Nice touch to have complimentary snacks and drinks at the minibar (topped up everyday!). All in all, it was a good stay.

Staff and maid service is good. Rooms are clean.

The location of this hotel is very helpful for someone who has an early morning flight because it's right in front of Don Mueang International Airport. Unfortunately, the renovation of the connecting bridge is not yet ready, but the hotel has provided a shuttle bus every hour and there is more than one unit, so it is very helpful during the post-renovation stage. 👍
