Went here for a business trip and the hotel smells so good! I even asked the receptionist what their essential oil was. The food is varied and as someone who is restricted to Halal food, I am thankful that this hotel provides information clearly. The luggage service is also superb; you can just wait in your room and the staff will directly deliver your bags. You can also do early check-out and drop your luggage there and go visit the city and later come back to the hotel to retrieve your belongings. I hope I can bring my family on my next visit!

The location is quite strategic. Near mrt samyan station. Near to MBK (15 minutes walk), Seven Eleven is also nearby. Very friendly and helpful staff. Comfortable hotel lobby. The hotel room is also very comfortable and clean. Thank you for your service.

I had an overall excellent experience at this hotel. The staff was accommodating. The breakfast was excellent and fresh every morning. The room was clean. I only had one small dislike regarding the bathtub. There was visible mildew that was caulked. It wasn't a whole lot, but it was visible and that gave the bathroom a slightly downgraded experience for me. But because the rest of the room was very neat and clean, I did not bring it up to staff nor did I ask for a different room. Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I would definitely stay at this hotel again, and plan to do so during another visit.

Gym is spacious but equipment is aged. Treadmill belt was skipping at higher speeds which is a safety issue, similar for both treadmills. Feedback to the hotel staff and they said they were aware of it, which shows it’s not a new occurrence. Other than that, it’s a very nice hotel with large rooms, helpful staff and fantastic location.

Great hotel. Great location, very close to an MRT station, it's also in the pick-up area for most of the tour companies. The service was very good. Even though my reservation didn't have breakfast included, I recommend that you get it; the breakfast is worth it.

Horrible water pressure. Had to step in and out of the shower to avoid getting boiled. AC control panel is a joke. Sometimes it is just stuck at 24.5 degrees or go up and down randomly.
