Mida Pool Villa

Four nights, family of seven, and I would not send anyone here. We arrived near midnight to a villa with every air conditioner switched off and the whole house hot and humid. Over an hour sitting with five children waiting for it to cool down. We never used the pool once. On 6 August I asked the manager directly if it was clean. He said yes. It was filthy, and it stayed filthy until the 8th, when I paid 1,200 baht out of my own pocket to have it cleaned. That is what "pool villa" meant here. One key card for seven people, eventually left for us under a flower pot. Housekeeping only if I chased it every day. An air conditioner leaking water in a children's room from the 7th, and instead of a technician I got repeated demands for photographs. I told him I was unhappy and asked for management to call me. Nobody called. On our last morning, while we were packing and had asked for time to pray, his replies were "Hey hey," "So what," and "You should follow the rules." I asked for the name and number of someone above him. His answer: "There is no name and number, it is only me Sir." We left early rather than spend another hour there. Neglected, badly run, and openly rude to a family that had paid in full.
