One of the Best hotel in Bangkok Staff very accommodating for our request regards picking us on our arrival in the Airport the Room super clean We booked our Room Executive lounge one of The best View of the river and choice we did Also provide good Receptionist service and courteous In the Lounge service was excellent. We have stayed at this amazing hotel for 7 years in a row when we come to Bangkok. The staff is amazing!?They are all very friendly and helpful. The panorama room has a wonderful view of the river and is very specious. The breakfast is the best ever! We will definitely be back next year. Thank you for such a perfect stay!

The room and view of the river was amazing Very disappointed that on three occasions we tried to go to 360 rooftop bar and it was either closed or not accessible due to a private function. Also we eat at the seafood buffet which was great, but dinner on our last night was again disappointing due to a private function by the river and we had to eat inside.
