A refundable security deposit of THB 1,000 per room is required upon check-in. The full amount will be returned after check-out, provided that no damage has occurred.

All guests staying at the resort must be registered. An additional charge of THB 2,000 per unregistered guest may apply.

Grilled food and BBQ meals must be purchased from the resort and may only be enjoyed on the private balcony. A deodorizing fee of THB 1,000 per room may apply in case of violation.

Cooking is not permitted in the guest rooms or anywhere within the resort.

Guest rooms and the swimming pool are for registered in-house guests only. Outside visitors are not permitted to use these facilities. An additional charge of THB 1,000 per person may apply.
