I ask my guests to behave a s they would when they are at home, the place have a very relaxed atmosphere and everybody is friendly, I merely ask that my guests enjoy themselves, whilst respecting others at the same time.

Unfortunately pets are not allowed in the building/unit. Smoking is permitted on the balcony only and outside the building area.

Please note that daily price includes water and free electricity 40 KW per day, however if you open the AC and the doors at the same time we have to charge you for the overused electric on check-out by 10 baht/KW.

If you use AC for 24 hours a day, costs about 100 baht /day/AC, using a setting of 24 degrees and assuming hot weather outside.

A THB 3,000 damage deposit is required on arrival. This deposit will be fully refunded at check-out, as long as there isn't any damage to the property.

There is a one-time cleaning fee of 1,200 bath you pay when check-in.
