I had an amazing stay at this hotel during my trip to Bangkok, and it exceeded my expectations in every way. The first thing that stood out was how clean and well-maintained the entire property was. The rooms were spotless, the bathrooms gleamed, and even the hallways and public areas were kept in immaculate condition throughout my stay. The housekeeping team did a fantastic job each day, and it really added to the overall comfort. The location of the hotel is also unbeatable right in the heart of Bangkok, making it incredibly convenient to explore the city. Despite being centrally located, the hotel itself offered a peaceful and quiet atmosphere, perfect for relaxing after a full day of sightseeing. With its combination of cleanliness, comfort, and a prime location, this hotel truly made my Bangkok trip smooth and memorable. I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again or recommend it to anyone visiting the city.

This was our first time to Bangkok. Staying down by the river was perfect, great location with a mini shopping centre across the road and so many things to do. The hotel had an extensive breakfast buffet and very happy helpful staff. The room was beautiful and had a great view of the river.

Great hospitality & Staff are mindful about cleanliness & making the guest welcome at all times.Great variety of food & easy access to all shopping, restaurants & groceries. As always, our stay at the Shangri-La was absolutely brilliant. From the moment we arrived, we felt completely at home and the team made our entire stay feel effortless and seamless. I’ve stayed here before and my parents have visited many times over the years. My dad, in particular, will certainly continue to return after my mums passing. Every member of staff made us feel like royalty throughout our stay and everything was handled with genuine warmth and professionalism. Nothing was ever too much trouble. A special mention goes to Linda in the jewellery shop, who was as lovely and welcoming as ever. The breakfast was outstanding and every meal we had was superb. Honestly, I can’t think of a single way the hotel could improve. Our only complaint was that we didn’t want to leave! We can’t wait to return.

Partly outdated, but overall a good place to stay. I would happily stay again but only in the Shangri-La Wing. We requested a room change to the Shangri-La Wing because the Krungthep room and hallways were very outdated. Great location and friendly staff.
