Staff is always willing to help with parking, the front office, and the maid. The room is clean; a shower and shampoo have been selected nicely. Though the room is close to the road but there is no noise at all. There are tuk-tuk services to the BTS station, so there is no worry about walking through the alley.

It's really a great experience to be there. It just takes about 5-10 minutes to go to the BTS and from there I can take sky train to other places, very convenient, fast, and money-saving. There are some 7-Eleven stores, shops, and restaurants along the streets to the hotel. The room is clean. Staff are nice. I will be stay again the next time I come to Thailand.

Nice and cute staff, enthusiastic support. The room is neat and clean, I really like it. The surrounding hotel location has 7eleven, starbuck, some local restaurants and okela. The only downside is that for a lazy walker like me, the hotel location is a bit far from mrt or bts (sometimes not too far for other guests). The rest are all ok.

Big screen TV, very clear, with Netflix to watch without getting bored. in Soi Ruamrudee There are hired motorcycles running all the time, near 7-11, walking about a hundred meters to good service staff Everyone has good manners. There is a hotel tuk-tuk delivered to the front of the alley for free. but leave on time Recommended. Go for a break once and you will be satisfied.

If you are not chasing loyalty-points and looking for a simple, clean, affordable, and convenient place to stay, this might fit the bill for you. It worked perfectly for me for my one-night stay and I'll stay here again on my next trip to Bangkok. I was worried by one piece of messaging that I received about contacting the property 48 hours in advance...and about late night arrivals...but the lobby was fully staffed when I arrived at 3:00 a.m. (after a delayed flight). I ended up with an upgraded room (corner suite) and the room was clean and bed comfortable enough. Breakfast was solid (not extravagant) with local and international options. I used the gym (basic) and kicked around in the pool to cool off. The pool deck is small and was crowded with about a dozen people. It is a rooftop pool, and not enough seating for the sun bathers. But I was there for a post-workout dip and it met my needs. All-in-all a good stay.

I didn’t like that they charged me 400 baht for misplacing my luggage tag. It signaled more nickel and diming me on superfluities. The dining room looked from hunger. It was a 25 minute walk from anything interesting. The pool area was tiny and barely ticked the box for a pool.

We have requested for early check-in but the hotel cannot provide. We requested for late check-out but the hotel cannot provide. Hence, we told the hotel that we will give extra and they have charge THB 1200 for 4 hours. We paid for it. We took the suite room (the best it has to office) but the room is very standard and the heat from outside is so high that even the curtain doesn’t hold it. Cannot sleep in the room in the afternoon, so we had to go ahead outside shopping center to avoid the heat. The hotel needs to do some fixing with the window heat.
