Hard to find parking spot and due to construction nearby a lot of dust and dirt

Terrible uncomfortable beds pillows never staying again here smell on the hallways people smoking in the rooms hallways smell cigarette disgusting

air-conditioning was broken, I changed my room in an hour before death to freeze In addition to that, it was 1.45 am when we cane from work and ordered pizza. The receptionist told us “its forbidden to eat in hotel room or lobby, and you should eat outside”( it was 8 degrees outside) even they don’t serve any meal in hotel. I convinced them in 10 minutes to eat at hotel’s restaurant, but the attitude was not acceptable.

Nothing, the wifi was really bad. I didn’t enjoy my stay.

I ended up staying an extra 2 nights after booking online for only 3 and was given the room rates for the extra 2 nights at the rate rate as original booked. My room rate included a buffet breakfast each morning with plenty of a selection of great food to start my day of sightseeing. Everything was in walking distance for me to see the sights of Izmir.

It was clean but the room was so little. Hotel was not same as its pictures. At pictures you think it is a very good 4 star hotel but in leality it was a good 3 star hotel It was near the metro station but it was in downtown

I had a nice stay at Blanca hotel. We were able to walk all around Izmir from here, though it was a little bit of a long walk to the center. The only problem was that we visited in the middle of a heat wave and my room couldn't get cooled down. I was on the top floor, and it seemed a lot hotter up there.

Was short.. I cant say. Much... Only the room was small

Friendly and accommodating staff wiling to serve with a smile. From my room at least windows had to be kept shut due to traffic noise.

Climatisation was not working and giving only hot air... open the window was better but on the road... Service at restaurant not very good Pepper steack is with pepper but they shall write with Salt too.. here no cream sauce...

Staff was very polite and helpful,location was great. I'd definitely booked again. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Breakfasts were sufficient. I was attending along with a helpful map, ensuring parking in car park. I have lunch and restaurant where i've dinner. Food was beyond good and great value for money and service in both places attentive and efficient.

The woman in reception is very bad she treated us as slaves

Suffered a lot from a Woman in Reception who called the security to prevent me from going into my room and Ifelt like a thief in front of other gusts waitin in lobby long time then she took 60 dolars extra to allow me then after few hours she returned the money back and for a double room she is giving only one door card I have to awake my wife to open the door for me every time coming back to my room The wifi is not stable and cutting frequently The room is very small with very smal cabinet for inky 2 pieces of clothes I do not know hiw this is 4 Stars hotel while Mini hotel which is 2 Stars is much better

Great hotel with easy access into and out of Izmir for getting to destinations around Izmir. Staff very friendly and helpful. Free parking.

Breakfast was OK, staff had quite good English and were very keen to please and help
