We loved the property in every way and staying here made our visit to Kusadasi more memorable! The hotel is in an excellent location, close to everything and across from the sea. The rooms and all facilities were very modern and clean and well maintained. The breakfast was amazing, and the views as you eat are very picturesque. The price is very reasonable. The staff were wonderful and very professional and helpful. They spoke English really well and gave us advice and helped us locate services we needed especially when I got sick and required medical assistance. A very special thanks to Harun for his excellent customer service, and the entire team there. Even the valet parking service was so quick and convenient. The only feedback is that the bathrooms are a bit annoying because water drips after using the basin due to the design, and the bidet also leaked through the toilet seat when used. But as said it was design related not maintenance. Will stay here again.

Hotel located in the heart of the old city with access to almost everything. Service and staff were attentive and helped us with an issue immediately. Rooms are small but clean. I recommend you stay in a room with sea view. If you have a car, it is almost impossible to find street parking yet the hotel has their own and they will park it for you

The cannot run Aircondition and heat at same time for each room. So you end up toasting in the room or freezing in the room. Also if you are toasting midnight you cannot open the window if you are sea facing it is noisy. In 3 days I had to call reception 5 times midnight to switch to air conditioning as it was hot inside the room. If you visit in extreme weather it should be fine. Rooms are small for 3 people too. Extra bed does not leave any room to open the bags or walk around easily.

Very well located, well designed room, scenic rooftop breakfast. We would definitely stay again. One suggestion: is to rethink the linens. just the thin blanket was plainly insufficient. We were warm enough with the extra blanket from the closet. Also, the bathroom sink was not draining.

Perfect hotel for us! Staff was exceedingly helpful, arranging last minute driver for the day, breakfast was very good, rooms were nice with a view, and the location couldn't have been better, especially for the ferry and great restaurants. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for a few nights, whilst waiting for our Villa to be ready. Could not fault the hotel in any areas. It was clean, tidy and modern. Then views from the rooftop were amazing and the breakfast was delicious with lots of options. We also brought some lunch at the pool bar which was also amazing. Would definitely recommend.

We stayed here for 8 nights and the location is unbeatable! Your so close to the port, shopping, beach, restaurants that we barely had to take a cab anywhere. I want to thank all the stuff there for being so accommodating, friendly, and helping us out when we decided to stay extra 2 nights. Especially, the manager Erden (he has a ponytail), who helped us out when there was a language barrier/miscommunication with another staff member. Honestly, i would definitely stay here again due to the location and the staff!!
