I have been to Turkey 40 times now. This is the first time I stayed in Icmeler and at this hotel. All I can say is ‘amazing’. The food. The staff. The atmosphere is brilliant. It’s like home from home. Don’t worry about eating as there is so much food available and will suit all kinds of tastes. The bar has all local alcohol (gin vodka rum etc). Efes on tap. There are machines around to get Coke. Sprite Fanta plus orange juice pineapple juice and so on. Entertainment is provided during the day with darts and bingo in the evening. They also have live music and if you like once a week they have a ‘Turkish Night’. The one thing I found was the Turkish bath and massage. Absolutely brilliant. The best I have experienced

1) Otel, pasaj üstüne kurulu, dükkanların arasından geçerek otelin resepsiyonunu bulduk. Resepsiyon, yol geçen hanı gibi, kimin girip çıktığı belli değil. 2) Otelin resepsiyoncuları hem işlerine hakim değiller, hem de müşterileri azarlıyorlar ( muhtemelen maaşlarını alamıyorlar) 3) Wi-fi ücretli, all inclusive denmesine rağmen içtiğimiz türk kahvesine 10₺ verdik. 4) Otel, önündeki plaj işletmesiyle anlaşmalı imiş, Şezlong parası almıyorlar, ancak ne içerseniz ücretli. 5) Otel odasındaki klima odanın ışıklarıyla bağlantılı. Uyumak için ışıkları kapamak istediğinizde klima da kapanıyor. Böylelikle klimalı diye tuttuğunuz odada, sabaha kadar balkon kapısı açık uyumak zorunda kalıyorsunuz. 6) Otelden çıkışta, “ saat 12:00 yi bir dakika bile geçerseniz ücret ödersiniz” gibi tehditkar laflar eden resepsiyon görevlileri var. Odaya 11:40 da girip eşyalarımızı toplamak istediğimizde, kapı kartının vaktinden önce iptal edildiğini öğrendik ve temizlik görevlilerinin yardımıyla odamıza girip eşyalarımızı toparlayabildik. 7) Havuz ve bina hiç bir şekilde internette görüldüğü gibi değil. 8) Resepsiyon görevlileri küstah ve tüm müşterileri azarlıyorlar. 9) Toplama personelle iş yapmaya çalışan ucuzcu bir otel.

Otel'in canlı muzik veya animasyon gibi bir hizmeti yoktu. ancak bir akşam boyunca çalınan ankara havaları ve benzeri muzikler yüzünden kendimi sokak düğünü ortamında gibi hissettim. Yönetime sorduğumda ise bayrama özel tek gecelik bir durum denilerek açıklandı. ancak müzik seçimi konusundaki kişilerin biraz daha dikkatli olmasını tavsiye ederim. bu nedenle hiç bir akşam havuz başında oturmak istemedik.
