The staff here were nice and helpful, and the hotel was clean and modern. I stayed for just one night during a long layover. The location was convenient for me as I wanted to do some clothes shopping on a nearby street. However, when I returned around 9 PM, the alley was very dark and I could only see men walking around. Solo travelers might feel safer coming back earlier. At night, it wasn’t completely quiet. I could hear talking and shouting from the street and neighboring rooms.

Excellent hotel located in a good area. Great transit options for both bus and metro, near two shopping malls and many cafe and restaurants nearby. Outstanding staff - very helpful with all requests. This was my second time to stay here, and I will certainly return when visiting İstanbul again in the future.

Bath drain is closed, so when you take a shower dirty water soaks your legs :) Shampoo and shower gel are disgusting. No hot water at all. Toilet frame is too bad and dirty. Towels are dirty, and when I asked for new ones, they refused. The man TOUCHED all the towels with his uncleaned hands just to show me that they are clean. Later after I insisted, the accepted to give me more dirty towels, one of them came with an old candy stuck in it.

Well the staff at the mini bar was so rude end laughing to my hair end all so I’ve have put in a safe £100 to return pocket money but when I check it had only £60 left so I believe that the staff has keys to all safes this is thure of it

The hotel is in a nice, old building of in the new Istanbul. We liked that is was away from the main tourist places. It is extremely close to a bus stop and subway stations. The breakfast is delicious and runs somewhat late which was appreciated on the days we wanted to sleep in. The staff was extremely helpful and spoke English well; they were able to answer any questions we had. The only issue is it did get a bit warm at night. We really did not check for A/C, but they may not have any. Otherwise, no complaints for this wonderful little hotel.

We stayed for 2 nights. Although hotel was small, it was clean and breakfast was good. Very vlose to to the financial district and shopping mall.
