The hotel staff is very nice. But there is no elevator. Have to lift your own luggage. No bell boy. Food is already set per portion on a plate. Good location near the Mevlana museum, just walk past the souvenir seller. There is no kettle in the room so if you want to get hot water you have to go downstairs. No drinking water is provided in the room. Mineral water is paid for 15 tl at the reception. The hotel has only been operating for 2 years.
