I booked this hotel to relax after doing the ancient archeological sites in Eagean side of Turkey. We had a late check in. And after our check in we went directly to spa thermal pool and hammam section. We have been informed that it will be closed at 10:30pm. Fair enough. But the pool attendant pulled us out of the pool by 10:15, after which we went to hammam then the attendant barged in the hammam section at 10:25. I would expect a little more courtesy instead of being thrown out of the facility. Secondly the breakfast spot at the hotel didn’t have a window. It was more like a school cafeteria. I would not recommend this place if you’re looking for a 5 star service. I would only give it 4 stars.

Worn out room. Carpet especially. Staff of the reatUrant and the front desk was poor in the service. No proper management seems like. They were left all by themselves. Valet was great. Location is good. For price/quality; its ok.

Ceyda at customer service really didn’t have much experience or understand about Expedia and VIP services. Rooms are pretty dark and the hallways way too dark. Thermal spa was pack and the pool size is small. Only thing about the room I like was the rainforest shower head was awesome.
