The hotel staff was amazing and very helpful. The hotel is outdated compared to others we stayed at. There is a mini fridge however you really can’t use it. There is no coffee maker.

Overall good experience. Clean and good Location. Main hotel area around the bar a little tired and lacking atmosphere. Poor sleep. Mattress was not good. Asked for it to be changed but was no better. A week of poor sleep.

Upon arrival, the hotel manager informed us that there was a “major plumbing issue” and that we would have to be relocated to a different hotel for two nights. However, it became clear that the property was overbooked and the explanation provided to us was dishonest. Despite the manager’s assurances that special accommodations would be made for the inconvenience, no such accommodations were provided. This situation caused significant hardship. After traveling internationally for over 12 hours, we arrived to find no available room at the property we had reserved. We were forced into alternative arrange.
