The location of the hotel was very strategic. Just a walking distance to Sapa Station (a very beginning stage to Fansipan Peak) and to Moana Sapa. The room was very clean and fragrant. Even the bath towels were fragrant.

I had a room at the front with a view over the valley. The hotel is on a busy, narrow road which was interesting to watch as it is quite a steep hillside either direction. Loads of choice at breakfast, accommodating staff. I arrived early way before checking time but as soon as my room was ready they let me use it. It was not far up the hillside to the town with several eateries to choose from. The hotel was clean and well maintained. Would certainly stay there again

I had a lovely time here during my trip to Sa Pa. The hostel is so aesthetic and artsy. I love the ambiance surrounded, with the nice mountain view in the morning. The staff also nice and friendly, their service is great. They let me store my luggage after check out, so I can enjoy my last hours in Sa Pa.

I go in November is the cold season, so the clouds and the fog is quite a lot, you at night the rain falls like rain. This hotel has quite nice view, everyone, so book mountain view room to have a nice view, going in the dry season is probably beautiful and indescribable. In addition, everyone also gets 1 free meal ticket for 1 room. The food is very good. Breakfast buffet is also delicious. Thank hotel everyone enthusiastic service.

"Comfortable and Clean Hotel in the City Center"
I just stayed at Hotel BB Sapa for 3 days and 2 nights and I am very satisfied with my experience. This hotel is located in the city center, making it very easy to access tourist attractions and other facilities.
The hotel room was very clean and comfortable, with complete amenities. I was also very pleased with the friendly and helpful hotel staff. Special thanks to Mr. Jayce, who was very excellent, sincere, prompt, and always assisted me with our activities in Sapa.
The breakfast at the hotel was also very delicious and varied, with many menu options and reasonable prices.
I highly recommend Hotel BB Sapa to anyone looking for a comfortable and clean hotel in the city center.

We arrived early without prior notice, but fortunately, a room was available and we were allowed to check in early. The staff were very kind and informative. They also provided recommendations for places to visit, such as Fansipan World and Sapa snacks. The room was spacious and very comfortable, with a view of the city with the hills and lake in the background. The amenities were also complete. On our last day, upon checking out while waiting for the bus to Hanoi, we were given complimentary local oranges and tea. The staff were very friendly.
