Friendly and enthusiastic staff. That day I arrived early to leave my backpack, it was not yet check-in time, the staff asked for my phone number and at 12 o'clock you called me back for early check-in. The room was fully equipped, the superior room I booked. Near the hotel there are many delicious restaurants within walking distance such as Bun bo Ba Tuyet, Gao coffee, Hem Hue, ... walking to the walking street is also close. Will come back next time if I have the opportunity to travel to Hue.

The location is convenient, and the staff are enthusiastic. Since we only stayed in the room to sleep, we didn't have high expectations; it provided just enough hot water and air conditioning. However, there were ants everywhere in the room – not a lot, but every now and then we'd see a few on the table or on the bed… even though we didn't bring any food to the hotel.

The staff were incredibly enthusiastic; they answered all my questions and provided/lent/gave me whatever I needed. I haven't seen any other place that checks motorbikes daily to ensure they're in good working order like Banhinn. I asked where to buy batteries for my camera and they even gave me one. Overall, the staff were excellent, and I had a great experience here. I will definitely come back.

The homestay is near the Western Quarter, quite convenient for sightseeing in Hue. The staff are very friendly and polite. The rooms are also pretty and clean. The only downside is that the motorbike parking area is a bit small.

I booked it for 380k VND/night through the app. The room with one large bed was generally good. The homestay is in a good location, very close to many delicious restaurants that are currently trending on TikTok, easily within walking distance. There are also many good restaurants with good reviews in the alley. Laundry, spa, hair washing, eyelash and nail services are all available. If you like massage and beauty services like me, you'll love it, no need to go far 🤣 The room quality is average, but for this price, I couldn't ask for more; it was very good for the price range. The reception staff were very nice and hospitable; they felt so gentle and lovely, typical of people from Hue 💕 I loved it 😘

The staff were incredibly lovely. We arrived too early and couldn't find a room for early check-in. The inn let us leave our luggage there and then we came back to get our room right away. Highly recommend everyone try it!

The room was quite nicely decorated and tastefully furnished, and the location was very convenient as everything was nearby. However, upon check-in, the bed linens were a bit dirty, and there were ants around the water heater. The motorbike rental service wasn't very good, but the staff were quite friendly.

The bedroom had a lot of mosquitoes; there was a mosquito lamp but it didn't seem to work. The homestay is right in the city center, so it's very close to the Imperial Citadel. I noticed there were mosquito rackets at the reception, so guests staying in this room can borrow them before bed. The atmosphere was nice and relaxing.

The room is neat and fully equipped. It's near the city center, right next to the Western Quarter. There are also a few restaurants nearby, like Bà Tuyết's beef noodle soup, Cô Liên's clam rice, and a bánh bèo (steamed rice cake) place (I forgot the name) that serves delicious food.
