Terrible experience, the hotel was very noisy. On the last day, there was a power outage, and we had to carry our luggage down the stairs from the 6th floor.

The room is right in the city center (10/3 Square), so it's very convenient for getting around. Breakfast isn't overly elaborate but it's okay, and the dining area is chill. The staff are friendly and enthusiastic. I will definitely come back when I visit Buon Ma Thuot.

My booking period falls on the weekend, so the Hotel is a bit crowded, so the service staff may not be enthusiastic. My side will remind the service staff to be more careful and gentle when serving crowded.

Book 2 rooms but there is no room for guests to stay, only 1 room, until the refund is refunded, the amount cannot be refunded, (can be refunded according to the amount that the app has discounted)

Thank you for supporting the hotel on the occasion of Buon Ma Thuot Cafe Festival 2023. According to my reservation, I booked 2 rooms and the hotel also arranged for her 2 rooms, room 602 and room 508, staying 2 nights. Like my reservation, the hotel system also recorded it and the hotel checked the camera, I had 2 rooms. I don't know if Ms. Linh has made a mistake here when she said that the hotel has no rooms and only provides 1 room for me? Thanks to Ms. Linh to check the hotel again.

Staff not polite. Serve breakfast uncomfortable. Poor breakfast. The hotel does not have parking spaces, must send and take charge. The hotel also uses spring mattresses, can not sleep.
