The room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view, and the staff were friendly and helpful.

The staff named Kieu was very enthusiastic and quickly changed rooms when there was a problem in the room. Attentive and friendly service.

My family had a wonderful stay at the hotel. The biggest impression was the staff who were extremely enthusiastic and always ready to support. In particular, Trinh Van Hoan left a deep impression thanks to his thoughtfulness and professionalism - thanks to which we felt very comfortable during our stay. The hotel is located on a small street, so the sea view is somewhat limited by the surrounding buildings. However, the location is still extremely convenient, only 2~3 minutes walk to the sea - very suitable for those who want to enjoy the sea air every day. The room rate is reasonable, worthy of the quality of service. My family will definitely come back here on the next trip.

After this trip, we officially became big fans of Melia! We booked 2 suites for 8 people, were supported with early check-in and quick check-out, the room had a beautiful view overlooking the sea, the room was neat and clean, the staff was super friendly! We were also introduced to receive Melia voucher points of 200k and used them in the hotel area, everything was so nice, there was nothing to complain about, when going to Vinpearl area, we also got to go to priority queue, supported with Vinbus tickets ^^ I love Melia hihi

The hotel was clean, the rooms were beautiful and well-equipped. What impressed me most was the friendly, enthusiastic reception staff who always assisted guests with a cheerful attitude. (Especially My Linh! 😍) On the day I checked in, the hotel even upgraded my room for free, which was a lovely surprise and made my experience much better. The upgraded room was spacious, comfortable, and well worth the price. Overall, from the service and staff attitude to the room quality, everything was excellent. I had a very pleasant stay and will definitely return if I have the chance. It's definitely worth experiencing!

The location is pretty good, nearly the beach. The room was huge, and the sea view from the window is amazing. Even though the interior of the building hotel looks old, I enjoy staying here. Breakfast had a lot of selection, and the taste was good. The rooftop swimming pool and also the jacuzzi were great.
