This is a very nice hotel in a very quiet area. Very easy walking or bike riding. The restaurant is very good, breakfast was perfect. Many options. Most of the guests are here either before or after a cruise. If you are looking for night life, this is not the place. Really nothing around except a few mini marts with restaurant attached.

Through the photos posted on Traveloka, I thought the swimming pool and beach were right on the hotel premises, but in reality I had to take a 1.5km tram to get to the swimming pool and beach area. The changing room near the swimming pool only has a toilet, no bathroom, so you will shower in the outdoor faucet then change clothes, or wear wet clothes and wrap a towel to go back to the hotel. My family has small children so I find this very inconvenient because the children swim twice a day. The hotel is a 3-story row of houses without a lawn, so the surrounding space is not beautiful, and the breakfast is reasonable and acceptable. In general, those who need to take a boat to visit the bay should choose this hotel because it is right next to Tuan Chau marina. It is not convenient for anyone who goes on vacation and has a family with small children.

The hotel is quite clean and beautiful. Paradise Group is quite famous in Tuan Chau and their investment in the hotel is quite serious. Guaranteed utilities, from meals to room service, beaches, swimming pools are fine .. but the reception is not worthy of that serious investment. They lack enthusiasm in guiding guests: because the hotel is far from the center, ask if there is a rental car, only a taxi (I go to a few buildings, I find full space); I asked if there was any vehicle in the center, there were no taxis (I went to the port 200m to see immediately 2 buses are picking up passengers), waiting for the checkin to ask for the drink (not asking for it to bring it), I told him wait a bit "then ignore:)) ...

Hotel 1 where the swimming pool is 1 place feels like a trick, swimming pool is wild around the buildings just built outside the interior is not built yet. Whoever has a baby should not stay at this hotel because it is very inconvenient to move to the swimming pool. Too disappointed

Nice hotel, quiet. However the interior in the steam room is old. The hotel has a swimming pool and a private beach but is about 1.5 km away. The hotel has a tram that takes guests to the swimming pool but once every 30 minutes, it is quite inconvenient. The receptionist enthusiastically, especially the friends of Paradise Trend are very cute.

The attitudes of hotel staffs were terrible. They was unfriendly, arrogant and deceptive. My family booked 2 rooms in Paradise. When check-in, we told the receptionist that we have total of 5 people. The receptionist asked us to move to a room with 3 single bed and would pay extra 300.000 VND for changing room. We agreed and then went outside for lunch while they arranged rooms. When we came back, the receptionist told us the room with 3 single beds was not available and led us to stay in room with 2 single beds. They would charge 50% price of that room, which was 1.000.000 VND and blame us for not calling them about the fifth guests. It was unacceptable because this receptionist was unclear and obviously they had already asked us to move to room with 3 single beds and paid extra 300.000 VND. Moreover, the room is not clean and insects were flying around.

Beautiful hotel. ok hotel amenities, just bad wifi. If you eat or drink, there are few restaurants that can only eat at the hotel. In general, the hotel is quite nice, the hotel swimming pool is only accessible by tram. because under construction.
