The hotel is pretty and pretty, the owner and the staff are very cute, the guests are not really nice but clean, there are very strong heaters and water heaters. Food should try noodles with bamboo shoots, yam cake, pate, instant coffee so it is very delicious, the rest are normal. The hotel is very close to the sandy sand village, walking 10 minutes, there are many restaurants nearby

First off, my room was amazing. Even with the fog the night I arrived and torrential downpour the next day, it was beautiful. It was close to everything but removed enough from town that it was extremely quiet and calm and peaceful at night. There’s a lot of construction in town so it was nice to be slightly farther away from all that. The owners were super friendly and cat cat village was just a short way down the hill. The shower left something to be desired but I’d still stay here again for sure.. you can just wait till it rains (cause you know it will!) to shower haha

Nice room, clean. I booked a suite with an open space with a balcony and a beautiful mountain view. Breakfast is also very good. The hotel owner is very friendly and enthusiastic. With that price for a 3 * hotel I feel above all great. You can't find any other hotel that has such beautiful balcony views. During the time when Sapa is in shortage of water, the hotel still has a sufficient water source. Thanks for giving us a great experience. See you again 😊😋😋

Mih is pleased with everything when here, the friendly receptionist is pleasant, the center so it's always convenient to have a slightly steep road, so the exam is a bit tired. The room is ok, the hut in the 5th floor, the view is quite nice, it feels good for the price, only the bathroom has a little smell. If I have the opportunity to return to the hih, I still want to be here :)))

Although the room is not too spacious, the service is good, the facilities are reasonable compared to the price, nice view, friendly staff and good service (breakfast, laundry ...) Only the middle 500m center of Sapa, easy to travel but quiet and airy, will continue to support on the next visit

Hotel very oke. Staff attitude is very good. There are tiny tiny spots like hiccup blinds, there are water plugs but very short wires do not come or the desk lamp does not work.

Stunning hotel location. I got to stay at 6 and the mountain view should always look so romantic. When you wake up in the morning, you see the dew. In general, the location is nothing, the breakfast is good because the hotel is quite small, so it serves fried rice, smoked meat and fruit juice.

1. Overall the room was ok, but restroom has some sorts of dirty smell. 2. Car renting with driver deal was not ok, the deal was not what they were offer and charge us for the price we were pay.
