- We will not solicit customers at times, locations or in a manner that may cause inconvenience to customers, such as late at night or early in the morning.
- In order to not betray the trust and expectations of our customers and to provide them with appropriate information, we will enhance our education and training systems and strive to acquire and hone the knowledge and skills necessary to carry out our work appropriately.
- We take our customers' opinions and requests seriously and use them in our sales activities.
