I was already in my room and staff gave keys to another person who then tried to access my room while I was in there. I went down to figure out what was going on and after that went back up and my key didn’t work so I had to go back down. The next day after working 14 hours I went up to the room and my key didn’t work again so I had to go back down to lobby to reactivate again…

The breakfast was mediocre and the breakfast room was not clean and not pleasant. The entire property is 'tired'.

This place was absolutely terrible. We had booked months in advance yet when we got there, they screwed up many of the rooms. One rooms toilet overflowed after 1st pee, making the carpet in most of the room wet. Traveler had to go to another hotel for the first night. Came back and the carpet was soaked and after a day started smelling. There was nothing else available there or any other hotel. The pull out couch in my room was extremely dirty with huge stains. Floor covered in food mess everywhere . 4th floor was a sauna until you went into your room. Breakfast room was gross. They had their cream cheese packets out with the jam that said must be refrigerated. Same juice was left out over night without keeping cool . Not once was our room cleaned . And when I went to check out, apparently I had a $200+ balance which was their error in the first place.

A tidy bit old fashion but quite acceptable

It was very average experience even for one night stay. The whole place feels VERY dated. I don't even know where to start. But the staff was very helpful and friendly.

Overall the hotel is good but the downside is only the toothbrush that can’t be provided. Lucky I brought my own toothbrush that day. Usually I don’t bring my toothbrush if I know I will stay at a hotel. I arrived at around 10 pm and had to go at 9 am. Imagine if I didn’t bring my own.

Dated but clean and quiet. Simple but good continental breakfast.

Loved the soaker tub after a long road trip. Liked the friendly staff and easy access to the room and to get to breakfast. Breakfast was a good selection. Comfortable, clean bed and room.

The staff was helpful kind breakfast was great room was very nice

-checkin took over 30 minutes with only two in line ahead of me. -hair on the shower wall -tv didn't work -breakfast was minimal, not ideal for a vegatarian

It was just not a good hotel to stay at there was alot of noise couldn't sleep , the room was not very clean as per the sheets , it was old and not updated , the hallways were dim and dark.

Spacious rooms in good condition. Breakfast was decent several hot options to choose from as well as cereal, yogurt etc. New rooftop patio was closed unfortunately, likely due to the smoke in the area. I will return next time in Kamloops.

I would say one of the worst hotels I stayed so far, from the entrance of the room to the washroom everything was old and unclean. Particularly the breakfast served in the morning was not to the standard at all. I would never recommend this place again to anyone

Bed was broken so we got a new room and same issue. Bathroom was not clean, furniture was very dirty and Tv did not work. Unless they change a few things, would not recommend.

Very dirty and smelt very bad on this day as it was very hot and no air conditioning so the smell was amplified even though they tried covering it up with air fresheners. The rug was very dirty and looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in awhile again possibly due to no air conditioning and heat. Would not advise anyone with breathing issues to stay here as they had really sprayed a lot of air fresheners to cover smell in building. The manager is very rude and they gave us a room in a different building (even dirtier than the main building) and when we said that’s not the room we paid for they said to bad that’s all we have, I asked for my money back then as they had changed my room they refused to give me my money back even though we did not use the room. Due to the filth and smell we had to go rent somewhere else.

The "continental" breakfast was anything but continental—it was really poor. Just some dry muffins, cereal, and toast. The beds were comfortable, but the hotel was very noisy overall. I recommend bringing your own shampoo, conditioner, and soap. They still haven't returned my deposit.

Clean and spacious room. Breakfast was good. Helpful staff. Rooms are equipped with a/c, tv, iron and board with closet. During for preparing coffee. Only drawback is nobody comes empty the garbage and no one comes to fill the coffee pods.

The room was clean but the bathroom toilet was full up of pee as sweeper has not flushed it after uaing or cleaning.
