I have to give kudos to Mr Diego, working at the front check in desk. Mr Diego is friendly, courteous and answered all my questions. Due to business, I had to extend my stay an additional day, Mr Diego help me and made the process easy. This is my second stay at the Sheraton. Next time I’m back in Lima, I will definitely consider staying at the Sheraton again.

Great hotel, good drinks and food

We enjoyed our stay, the hotel is great. In a good location, walkable to the mall and stores. The buffet was yummy, a lot of options.

Is Sheraton was consistently good at everything.

I liked having access to the gym

Hotel is literally on the doorstep of bustling Historic center of Lima. If you are looking for quiet stay, this is not the hotel for you. Think downtown NYC level traffic noise with something always happening. Great location from which to explore - walk right out the hotel to explore museums, parks and grab a bite to eat. We arrived early AM, spent the day exploring and left the next morning to fly onto Ollantaytambo in the Sacred Valley, and it worked out perfectly for us to recharge from long flight and start or Peru trip. If the noise of the traffic will bother you, maybe ask for a room on the backside of the hotel - Lima doesn't have any subways etc so ALL the traffic from this massive city is on the road and it sounded like most of it was right outside the hotel hehe. Still loved it!

Our experience with Sheraton Lima was great and above n beyond. The food , location and staff was outstanding.

Toilet work poorly . I needed to flush at least twice.. While taking a shower the water was slow to drain.

This was a beautiful hotel, with a very convenient location and excellent staff. The only issue we encountered was that our toilet did not flush, and when we asked to have that fixed, someone came up and tried to help, but it still never worked. Luckily we were only there one night, so we ended up using the toilet in the lobby, but that would not have been a good long term solution. We told them this upon checkout, so that at least they could fix it for the next occupant, but they didn't seem to even acknowledge it. The breakfast was wonderful and plentiful. And there is a mall located right next door with a huge food court, so that was convenient.

Clean room. Breakfast is excellent, love the mini tamales ☺️. But bad experience with the checking in, they gave me the wrong room that was occupied in the moment😬

Great location, hotel and room always clean, very polite, friendly and welcoming staff, great breakfast buffet.

Good location. However, there was too much noise in the room. We heard other guests when they were showering or using the flush in their own room like we were in the same room. Additionally, breakfast was not worth to money to pay for, nothing special about it.

Great staff - We landed Lima in the morning andvthe staff arranged us early check in at noon. Great location - The hotel located at the historic center which is few minutes walk to a lot of scenery. Well maintained Property - Although the property is a bit old but is properly maintained. Rooms, corridor and lobby are always clean. Fresh breakfast - All the food offered are fresh, delicious and more than enough.

It was as a very pleasant stay in this hotel!! Staff accommodated all my need and more...
