The hotel is beautiful! However, the hotel had a VIP guest that made our stay very uncomfortable. Most of the staff was worried about their vip guest that they didn’t care about the rest of the guest in the hotel. This so called VIP guest, celebrated their birthday on the hotel grounds and had very loud music until 3 am. We were not even allowed to take pictures or explore the rest of the hotel because of the vip guest. Very disappointed because the hotel is such a beautiful hotel and has so much history.

The rug in my room was super dirty! When ever we turned on the AC it smelled super bad. We said this at the front desk and nothing happend. Overcharged us because we were with a wedding group!

Beautiful hotel, it’s a historical location, with older fixtures. Staff is good, restaurant and gym were amazing!

2nd time staying in this hotel and I love it. I will stay there next year too.

Lovely, beautiful Hotel. Staff member were so helpful and friendly! Only downside was, elevators were not working nor the ice machine.

Staff was amazing! I only slept for the night and wish I would have enjoyed the breakfast but had to leave early! I took a bit time to walk around and it was Beautiful!!! Will definitely be staying here again!

I didn’t eat at the restaurant, but I went to a New Years event and their vegan options were amazing. Their drinks there were also delicious.

Great customer service and courteous; room was beautiful. Entire hotel is iconic
