Staff was very helpful, hotel was clean, Starbucks in the lobby, 2nd floor lounge never disappoints, and...if you like to railfan, you're just steps away from the CPKC line.

The room was large, the bed was comfortable and everything was clean. The staff were very friendly and I liked the fact that there were 2 choices of restaurants attached to the hotel and a Starbucks in the lobby. Very convenient and walkable to the BMO Centre and across the street from the Calgary Tower which is worth taking in if you have the time.

Break fast was bland. Not a very good selection. Bed comfort was very poor. Bed was lumpy and not comfortable. Not the best of sleeps.

We loved the location and the food was amazing in the restaurant.

The thermostat in the room worked perfectly which was appreciated for a very cold winter day. All the staff were friendly. And the in-house restaurant food was wonderful.

The hotel is located centrally and is very clean. The bar and restaurant are good.

Super clean

Heater/fan was so loud i couldnt hear myself. So hot in there too. They even provided earplugs in the room. That's how bad it was. I'll probably get some hearing problems after this stay.

Fantastic staff; great location in historic downtown by the Calgary tower. 11/10 would stay again.
