Parking was a bit pricey, and the smoke alarms went off at 3am in the room. But otherwise an alright place to stay in the heart of downtown.

We had our dog with us. It was very quiet so he was not reactive which was great. The staff was not helpful with where to take our dog to pee.

More monitoring of hot tub needed. May very young kids left un attended

My partner and I stayed here on the weekend of 24-26th. The property was clean, and the gym and pool was everything we needed. The room was comfortable with a somewhat panoramic view. Unfortunately, Hudson's block party was ongoing for the entire stay causing a huge noise disturbance, at no fault of the hotel. At checkout, when asked how my stay was, I informed them that we had difficulties sleeping the entire weekend due to same. Without having any expectations or implying I wanted any compensation, the manager wanted to make things right for us, no questions asked. He went above and beyond. He left my partner and I very happy. We will happily return to this hotel for future needs. I was unable to catch their names, but from the front staff, hotel manager on duty on the Sunday that we were leaving to the cleanliness of the hotel, we left happy despite lack of sleep.

The room is clean, staff are nice and friendly, my son enjoys the hot tub, but parking should be free, because we are booked to stay there, parking should be a part of the stay

Nice pet friendly hotel. We upgraded to a room on thr 19th floor but had no access to the pantry which was right next door. The noise of the pantry door opening all night long was very distracting.

Suite was spacious. The pull out bed was very comfortable for our 5 year old son and the bedroom was seperate and private so we could stay up after he went to bed. The view of the river was beautiful. We all loved the pool and the restaurant served a really delicious breakfast. Great location. We will definitely stay here again.

Was very clean and friendly staff

Clean room well laid out, pool was great for the children and convenient parking. Restaurant was extremely slow and overpriced for both dinner and breakfast. I would recommend avoiding it all together or ordering ahead. We waited approximately 50 minutes for kids pizza's, salad, burger.

Unfortunately our stay was no where near the $338 per night price tag. The hallway to our room was littered with things (boxes, carts, random items, and things all over the carpet - clearly it’s rarely vacuumed). Also, our room’s air conditioner was incredibly loud (our friends were in another room and their air conditioner hardly made any noise) - this kept us and our kids up for two nights straight. The pool area is pretty cool but we were weirded out by the lack of cleanliness… so it wasn’t very pleasant because we kept wondering how many months it had been since it was cleaned. Finally, our keys (and our friends’ keys) did not work 4 times - once for me on the first day and once for my friends on day one (then it was re-keyed and didn’t work for the second time on day one) and then the two new keys for day two each had to be reprogrammed too. Definitely not what I’d expect for over $730 for two nights (for both myself and my friends).

The under ground parking is a bonus. We used the pool, restaurant and room was clean.

Overall a very nice place.
