The desk staff were uncordial. I didn't feel all that welcome there. The parking was extra and quite expensive considering we had to park a distance from the hotel.

Great location. Clean room. Lots of food options in the hotel or in walking distance. Parking is paid. Walking distance to the falls on the Canadian side or you can take the falls incline railway to the falls. My car was parked the entire stay. I did take an uber to Clifton Hill.

Short stay, great location, every interaction with staff was great. Connection to casino and OLG stage is great.

Excellent in all areas

The hotel room that I stayed in was clean. The room assistant did not need to clean room. We just asked to replace towels, throw trash, and provide toilet paper. Lobby attendants answered our questions. One thing I disliked was the parking charge. It was seriously ridiculous. I am a disabled so I received a discount and was charged $35 Canadian dollars per night. Food is very expensive and paying state and federal taxes. I ate at IHOP and ordered 4 plates. Two were $35 and 2 were $29. I gave the waiter my $15 dollar discount and added instead of subtracted. My meal at this place with forced tip was $189 Canadian. Ridiculous food prices everywhere.

The stay was good, except for the staff as there was lack of coordination between the front desk members at the time of check-in vs check-out.

The staff was super friendly, helpful and attentive. The rooms were cleaned, the lobby and amenities were organize and inviting. The hotel was walking distance and easy to navigate around. Highly reccomend.

Had a pleasant stay staff was very pleasant and helpful when needed. Loved the Keg steakhouse restaurant, food and service was excellent.

Great location and wonderful staff

Everything was ok, we got upgraded to a better room with a tub, unfortunately in the middle of the night like around 2am the tub start making an awful noise (maybe it was the pump), we have to call front desk and they sent a technician to fix it.
