Check in was easy, staff were friendly and helpful. Room was very clean and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again. One complaint was the air conditioning was very very loud and the clicking of the thermostat kept me up most of the night when it would kick in. 1 minute walk to casino, maybe 5-10 minute walk to Clifton Hill.

Courteous staff. The location was perfect for us as we were right across the road from OLG Stage.

It was great experience specially when we mentioned to our front dest lady Aisha (if im not mistaken) that we are celebrating my daughter and my mom‘s birthday, she surprised us by sending a wine to our room. And overall all the staff were so friendly and welcoming. Thank you!

The Wyndham transferred me to the Hyatt for some reason. The team at the Wyndham were very nice and helpful, making the transfer very easy. A few weeks prior to arrival, I called the Wyndham a few times and their people were always polite and helpful in answering my questions.

We were moved to the Hyatt Regency Hotel due to flooding up in northern Ontario.We had a great experience at the Hyatt Regency.Very clean and friendly staff.

Nothing to say the hotel canceled our stay due to disaster in the north. Which I understand but the hotel was not helpful on recommending a place to stay they basically said sorry but to bad your on your own. I will never use the Wyndham Brand again

Looks newly renovated. Excellent location. Had a beautiful room overlooking the 2 niagra falls. Would recommend this hotel highly!!

Everything excellent

They seized our rooms on very short notice (4 days) to be available for potential victims of flooding in another region. I received a phone call at 10PM from an unidentified number doing so. They would not help us to re-book in another property or even another city even after reaching out multiple times to the local property as well as to Wyndham corporate to try to find alternative accommodations. I fully understand that emergencies happen but you should also try to help your customers to have some sort of viable solution if that happens. I think that potential customers should make their plans to visit this property with the knowledge that this could also happen to them as well.

Check in was a breeze, excellent location a five minute walk to the concert venue, and across the street from the Casino!

Did not stay where reservation was made. Was sent to “sister” hotel. Hyatt Regency When greeted by front staff they tried to upsell an “upgraded room”. By saying our room wasn’t ready when it was ready. Very disappointing to be manipulated
