Clean, modern, courteous staff

Staff is always nice Hot water issue

Front desk staff was great, checkin was easy. Parking was a headache, we had to park in a lot off hotel property. At checkin we were told it was $20 but was charged $35 plus two taxes. The door key didn’t work, we had to get two replacements which is not a big deal but was inconvenient. The room was nice and the bed comfortable. Location is also great. I would stay here again as long as the price was right!

Only complaint was that you could hear all the noise from the street.

We had no hot water in the morning to shower with. Also you could tell by that someone had used glitter in this room.

We had a great stay at the Wyndham Grand Fallsview and would definitely return. The location was excellent, with a beautiful view and easy walking distance to the Falls. One of our favorite parts was having access to the neighboring hotel and the casino without having to go outside, which made everything so convenient. There were endless food options nearby, so we never had to worry about finding something to eat. The staff was also very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. We did have a minor issue with the toilet flushing slowly, and the front desk handled it quickly. They called us because the maintenance staff did not want to knock while our do not disturb sign was out, which we appreciated. We also visited the pool twice and really enjoyed it. Overall, it was a great experience in a perfect location, and we will absolutely be coming back.

The good: - location - updated rooms - The Keg restaurant The bad: - Parking is offsite and is $35/night - Bathroom is too small and not updated - Air circulation running off of outdated unit We were there for one night for a sporting competition, which is fine, but I probably wouldn't come back.

Clean room and the fallview!

Front desk was rude to me. When booking the room it didn’t specify falls view or city view. Originally front desk tried to place me on the 1st floor.

Very clean, walking distance to conference center, good amenities- restaurant prices were astronomically higher than normal.

Didn't get the room I booked for ! they said they ran out. also, when checking out , they charged me "maintenance fees" . I have been to multiple hotels and none have hidden fees like this one
