Was looking forward to this stay. Reception checked me without indicating where were the elevators and handed me an envelope with keys and all information..just dont ask. I believe they were surprised by my saying I was shocked with $45 parking. Had to park in a very very tight spot Thank You Aston I was hoping to give you a tip but neither reception nor the servers had change for a 20$. Got to my room and was so shocked with such an exorbitant fee, they provided NAYA bottle water. Basic amenities and I honestly felt the person's who gave this 10/10 probably were given a much more renovated room. My bed felt like it had better days. Cooper at the restaurant was extremely helpful Thank You. I asked for Mineral water was given a jar which meant it came from the bar and was charged 7$. The main course was was excellent presentation however a piece of Salmon sitting on garnish surrounded with a lot of sauce...im wondering where are the carbs. I ended asking for bread additional charge. I sat there thinking where am I? This is not in my opinion for children. Business Travellers drinking at the bar, its opened between the elevators and reception. You cannot miss the drunks. The rooms are very close to each other. Indication in the elevator to be quiet during certain hours was clear proof what I was thinking. BTW the parking is plus tax. I honestly would not recommend this hotel. Surroundings are excellent but I am not a happy customer. Forgot the clogged sink.

The property was well kept and clean. Not sure the rooms were really worth $500+ a night. Plus we were on the second floor with our little dog. Potty break at 5:30 was not a great thing

Great location in the heart of downtown Kingston

We stayed for two nights, our room was clean and bed was comfortable. Amazing location, close to everything that we wanted to do. Lots of restaurants and stores within walking distance. Parking on site was a plus the staff we’re friendly and very helpful. If you’re in Kingston, I would highly recommend a stay here!

Situated on the waterfront us a plus. We were given a room on the 1st floor opposite the gym, elevators and stairs. Not the best option but the room was confortable though bathroom was super small. And there was only one coffee pouch, we were 2. Waiters and desk staff were awesome.

We stayed for one night to break up trip to Montreal it was lovely on the water, our room had a great view of marina. Very comfortable.

The location was excellent, food was delicious and rooms comfortable. The staff was the friendliest and kindest I’ve encountered traveling in a very long time!! Every encounter from housekeeping, waitstaff, to check in was exceptional.

The walls are not thick u can hear the people next room Windows not very clean: my room was on the 2ed floor The toilet is not the best Parking could be challenging

Very basic, clean but in need of updating

Beautiful views , park setting or harbour , very nice . Wanted to take a picture from our room, but the window needed cleaning. Love that it was right downtown and near the cruise ship. All the staff were great and friendly.

I didn’t like that slippers were not available, uncomfortable with wooden floor. Bathrobes were not available either, but I don’t use those anyway.
