Staff and breakfast, location

Room 205 was an upgrade due to problems with initial room. Big corner room, excellent coffee maker and extravagant breakfasts selections! Front desk staff helpful and pleasant!

Simple. Staff excellent, room was resonably spacious. It was good value for money.

Room relatively clean, and staffs are friendly.

Breakfast was very good!!! Lots of options. Location is great. Extremely close to the train. I walked all over to see sights. While my room was tiny, it was very clean! It was fine for me. Staff was very helpful. Free coffee/tea. 24/7 in the lobby.

Fantastic place to stay in Oslo. Central and close to transport links. Hotel was clean and tidy. Staff were very friendly. Buffet breakfast had lots of choice and well worth it. Would definitely recommend this hotel and I would stay here again in the future.

The location was very convenient. The streets around the hotel had some homeless people, not many but was a bit concerning. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The breakfast in the hotel is the best thing. However, the room didn't have its own AC so no adjusting for the temp (it's a European thing). The bathroom shower wall had a yellow rusty stain only it wasn't rust and I don't want to know what it was. I washed it away with soap and water. The room is awkwardly designed, hard to hand up any towel in the bathroom. Reminds me of a cruise bathroom. The room doors are painted black with big white letters. Felt like a prison. I appreciate the couple of nights there for the location but I don't recommend it to any US visitors unless you are a solo person.

Close to airport and staff was pleasant, however very ran down, dirty and unkept. Felt unsafe. Thankful was only an overnight stay due to long layover.

Breakfast was a very good buffet. Location good. Bed very soft.

Efficient room for quick two day stopover, good location

We enjoyed the stay at this location, very close to the central station and downtown area for sightseeing. Excellent breakfast was served with great options. Very accommodating to keep our luggage after checking out for the day while we were sightseeing the city and was nice to come back a little early and rest at the lobby areas. Very good hotel.

The toilet seat was a little wonky, but other than that it was lovely. Nice and quiet, comfortable bed and clean. Good breakfast, lovely staff.
