Épouvantable. Premièrement, on arrive là-bas, la piscine fermée, les ascenseurs hors fonction, puis j’ai passé deux jours là-bas et il n’était toujours pas en fonction quand je suis parti, ils ont des arcades. Ma fille voulait jouer, mais il n’avait plus aucun dollar de disponible. Pourtant pas grand monde à l’hôtel la chambre, les planchers est tellement sale on est venu les pieds toute noire sérieusement je le recommanderais pas à personne pis c’est la première fois que je fais un commentaire négatif sur un hôtel où ce que je suis allé.

Little bit of a rant as someone who works in the hotel industry. Property overall is filthy, from the outside to the inside, garbage EVERYWHERE in the parking lots. Lobby and rooms were recently updated but thats about it. DO NOT let the pictures fool you like it did me. Main reason for booking this hotel was the amazing looking pool, come to find out its only open Friday-Saturday! Elevator out of service, pool table out of service and the so called splash pad looks like it hasn't worked since 2015! Exposed wires all over the hotel including our AC unit that didnt work so we had to switch rooms. Both rear doors of the hotel don't latch so anyone can just walk into the property. As someone who works in hotels this property is in serious need of a surprise audit from corporate because its absolutely ridiculous. The hotel has such potential but its almost like it has been forgotten about from the higher ups. What a shame, will NEVER return.

Avoid this place. The place is short staffed and not clean. Dead bugs were found in my room when I checked in. And they were not removed whenever housekeeping came to clean. Also towels were removed from room during middle of stay even though they were hung up. Front desk were asked to send replacement towels but they never did. In all fairness there was only one person working and he was swamped with customers. Management had cut corners due to inadequate staffing.

Bonjour, Je souhaite vous faire part de ma grande déception à la suite de mon récent séjour dans votre établissement. Tout d'abord, la piscine était dans un état très décevant. L'eau était trouble et d'une couleur inquiétante. J'ai également été témoin de parents qui changeaient la couche de leur bébé directement dans la piscine. Les sauveteurs faisaient de leur mieux, mais plusieurs parents ne surveillaient pas leurs enfants, qui manquaient de respect envers les autres clients. Il devrait y avoir davantage d'encadrement afin d'assurer un environnement propre, sécuritaire et agréable. Votre site Internet annonce la présence d'un bain à remous, alors qu'il n'y en a pas. Cette information est trompeuse. Le gym est désuet et manque d'entretien. Dans la cour centrale, les jeux d'eau étaient brisés et une forte odeur d'égout était présente, ce qui rendait l'endroit très désagréable. J'ai également été très déçue par l'accueil reçu de la préposée à la réception de nuit, qui était loin d'être accueillante ou courtoise. Le restaurant principal offre très peu de choix au menu, ce qui est décevant pour un hôtel de cette catégorie. Je tiens toutefois à souligner les points positifs de mon séjour. La chambre était propre et bien aménagée. J'ai du débourser pour un lit de camp pour coucher mon 3e enfants (réservation pour 5 personnes....)

My family stayed at the hotel last night and it was probably one of the worst hotel experiences we have had. The room was filthy. The floor was sticky, and visibly dirty, there was dog kibble and piles of dirt on the floor, mold in the shower, the ac didn't work properly, and there was a really damp mildew sort of smell. Also the safety of the hotel itself seemed questionable. Shattered glass on doors help together with tape, outside doors that don't lock or even close, doors propped open with rocks... I was pretty uncomfortable the entire time we were there. Also just general upkeep, the photos on Expedia are not accurate. The splash pad area looks is not kept up, long grass very dumpy looking, also I've never seen so many cigarette butts I think it is basically used as a smoking area but it is advertised as an area for children to play in water that wasn’t even functioning. Overflowing garbage cans everywhere. Lastly, nowhere does it say that the pool is weekends only. We booked on Expedia and I checked again to see if it says that and it does not. It says open daily from 10-10. This was the only reason we booked this hotel as we were travelling with a child and that was our one must was a pool. That said, the photos of the pool looked great online, but once I saw it I don't think I would have allowed my child to swim in it had it even been an option. It was so cloudy you couldn't see past the first few inches of water.

Rooms are spacious and clean.

This was my second stay at this hotel after a terrible first experience. I thought I’ll give this place another chance because mistakes could happen. There were insects coming out of the sink pipe this time. I managed to get a picture right when it started. After I took the photo, a few more of these came out. At that point I just gave up and checked out. Never coming back.

We will surely stay in there again

Je n’ai pas été avisé à l’arrivée, du fonctionnement concernant la navette pour le lendemain. Et quand on a voulu partir, tout était plein, pour plusieurs voyages, à cause d’un vol reporté qui avait rempli l’hôtel en soirée. On a dû prendre un taxi, à nos frais. Ce qui n’est pas correct il me semble. On n’en était pas responsable et ils offraient le service de navette. Une des principales raisons qu’on avait réservé là. De plus l’ascenseur est tombé en panne dans la nuit. Par chance, l’homme à la réception nous a aidé à descendre nos grosses valises

Staff was very uncooperative. No consideration for young kids or old guests. 5 mins after they have me a downgraded room saying rooms were under cleaning after waiting for more than 2 hours, they assigned the room that I booked to someone else. It looked like a airport motel for people to come in and go at weird hours, probably attending to flight cancellations. Really bad experience

We had a wonderful stay at Radisson Hotel in Montreal. The staff were great and helpful. We love it here. It was clean...Had ref, microwave, tv, coffee bar & toiletries), block-out curtains, and pretty quiet (maybe room is sound proof)? There was an ample space for parking, It was close to our room due to how it was designed. The parking lot is surrounding the hotel where there are exit doors to all sides. So convenience is a plus factor. It would have been a 10 rating if not for the the 2 issues i encountered. I was glad that iron was provided. But when i used it, it worked for awhile and died. Good thing there was a spare one but when I was about to lay it flat on my pants, orange liquid leaked from it (maybe from rust?) luckily I was quick to act & it dripped on the floor, not too much on my clothing. 😌 Secondly, the floor in our room was sticky and because I did not have slippers it was gross.

The room was fine. It’s a decent place for the price. Parking is extra something to keep in mind. Pool was closed on the days I was there. Lots of garbage in the parking lot including overflowing bins that didn’t get emptied during my 3 days there. For the price it’s ok but I usually stay next door and will probably in the future as the price is almost the same

The road to the hotel now is under construction and it’s kinda difficult if he don’t know where to go when you’re heading back out to leave. It was a pleasure staying at the hotel. It was really good. I love it there. It was a pleasure staying there and I will definitely stay and go back.

Hated the stay, old building and unclean, hallways and washrooms has a smell

the stay was okay and the bed was comfortable. the issue was the noise.. The walls are extremely thin, so I could hear every conversation in the hallway and even in the room next to mine, including late at night.
