Bed was big and comfy with good pillow options. The whole building needs a refresh as it’s really showing its age. But overall it’s clean and comfortable. Shout out to Rob at front desk for a fast and smooth check in.

The location is perfect. It’s in the middle of the city center, very easy to get around. Room is clean. Staffs are friendly. The bathroom door has this tinted glass that was a little inconvenient for our family of three, but it’s more of a laugh than a deal breaker. My husband would have to announce his bathroom events for privacy. You can’t see through the glass, but you can see the shadows of a person and know what the person is doing.

Good central location in Entertainment district. Quiet location in hotel facing west onto Peter street. Friendly and accommodating staff at the front desk. Clean room. Great king mattress. Kitchen station with small fridge was handy. The bathrooms were too small. Gym was also a bit small. Otherwise a great stay.

Staff was very friendly when checking in. Not a fan of the beds or pillows with the gap between the headboard and mattress

Continuously had problems with the heating and cooling. Door to the washroom was broken and ended up stuck in there

the hotel is a bit dated but I was troubled by the fact that I was told I could have my parking partially refunded but when it came time to checkout and get the refund I was told they weren't able to do so. Additionally, the wifi was down the entire time I was there and no refund or additional amenity was offered to offset the lack of service.

Beautiful, spacious rooms. Staff bent over backwards to accommodate every need.
