It takes them three days to call me back to tell me that my belonging which I left in the room it’s not there three days and it was right in the bathroom and they say it’s not there. The fact is it’s not about the value because he didn’t have much value, it was sentimental to me, but the fact that they didn’t care and take them really really three days answer me

Clean room and staff was quite helpful

First the positives. 1. Staff were extremely helpful and always happy doing so. If something wasn’t right with your stay they truly wanted to make it better. 2. Location to coffee shops, pubs, restaurants and groceries were really convenient. 3. Easy 10 minute walk to Union Station so no cab/Uber required 4. Less than 10 minute walk to and from Roger’s Centre. 5. Street subway was right out front. Couple negatives. 1. If sleeping on soft beds cripple you then you may want to find a different place to stay. Unfortunately the beds were so soft that sleeping through the night was an issue and the next day was a struggle even moving. The staff tried to move us into a different room but we were busy and no telling if the move would have made a difference. My wife and I appreciated the attempt but we both suffered the next day and after 5 nights we were ready to go home. 2. Outdoor pool. Sounds like a great idea but because it’s outdoors it relies on the weather. It was closed one day because it was scheduled to rain. There were forest fires and the air quality was a 10+ so again the pool was unusable. They do not have a hot tub as well. So if having access to a pool anytime during the day is important to you, you may want to consider a different location. This is our families third time coming to Toronto to watch the Jays play and this was the first time we picked a different hotel. Really enjoyed the location and the staff.

Just spent one night in Toronto, very nice hotel in the downtown area, you can walk everywhere.

NOT a good experience I LEFT MY BELONGING IN THE ROOM CALLED FEW HR AFTER THEY SAY WE HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL NEW GUESET CHEK OUT THAN WE CHEK THE ROOM ,,, ?!!!!!! WHAT YOU DONT CLEAN THE ROOM ??!! 3 DAYS AFTER THEY CALLED AND SAY NO WE DID NOT FUN IT !!!!!!!! < ON HOTEL .COM I RESEVED IT , IT WAS BREAKFAST INCLUDED AT HOTEL THEY SAY NO ITS NOT ,,,,

The hotel was clean and provided everything we needed for a 2 night trip to Toronto to watch the Blue Jays. It is within walking distance of restaurants, stores and major attractions. The only negative was trying to order food in the bar area after the restaurant closed. We waited 20 -30 minutes for someone to take our order

Well located, beautiful hotel with wonderful friendly staff. Rooftop pool was amazing. Great checkin and checkout experience. The only improvement I could think of is the bathroom, handle to shower kept falling off, no mirror outside of the bathroom. Had a wonderful stay

A group of us were going to Toronto for a Blue Jays game weekend and it was my sister’s birthday. As my sister thought it was just her and I, the staff were in on our arrival plans and helped organize perfectly!! The staff, amenities, location and cleanliness of our hotel stay was top notch! We’ll be back for our next trip!

Central nice

We stayed fat this hotel for 2 nights to attend 3 Toronto Blue Jays games.we had 3 rooms. All the rooms were clean and roomy. The location was great..,close to the stadium and many restaurants. The only negative would be the hours of the restaurant. We wanted lunch and it was closed but we were told we could get food on the bar…only there was no one working. It took at least 20-30 minutes to get someone in the bar to take our order

Beautiful hotel with friendly and helpful staff. Great location for Royal Alexander Theatre.

Ray, at the front desk, provided all the information we needed and got us checked in quickly. If you are looking for a hotel close to the theatre area this a hotel was great! Easy walking distance to dinner and the Princess of Wales. The room was clean and the bed was comfortable. They have a rooftop pool but there is no bar or food area but you can order room service. The pool would be good for kids.

L’hôtel est très bien situé, c’est très propre et les chambres sont de bonnes dimensions. La piscine semble assez vieille et l’eau est brouillée, mais il y a plusieurs chaises confortables autour.

Staff was amazing (Zayne) very nice, polity and chatty. Room was clean and spacious. Outdoor pool not overtaked so could enjoy it easily. And breakfast to bed was just perfect!!! Highly recommend as great location as well.

The outdoor pool was great, the kids loved it! Staff were lovely and helpful. There was a lot of scent usage throughout in the shared areas like lobby, washrooms, gym, and pool deck. The room itself was nice, but zero airflow in the washroom. Swimsuits that had been wrung out as much as possible did not dry fully overnight hung in the washroom, which is unusual. Using the shower had the bathroom fogged up and damp for several hours. I would not be able to stay more than one night for these reasons specific about the moisture and scents.
