Great location and great service

Amazing good, great people, safe and service was excellent!

Old and moldy smell rooms. El primer cuarto no servía el aire y me dijeron que el filtro estaba muy sucio, tuvimos que cambiar de habitación a las 10 de la noche además, El hotel con capacidad de más del 50% y me mandan a la esquina más lejana y con la vista más fea.

Staff. I asked for somewhat of a view I got a rooftop view.

Was a excellent place to stay, food was excellent and was very clean comfortable.

All good drinks a little pricey, great staff. Room clean and well taken care of.

Nice hotel, clean rooms, good staff. Went down to lobby at 8 am and they had no coffee. Other than that, great stay, would stay here again.

Breakfast and dinner buffet was excellent. Morning fresh juices, and variety was plenty to satisfy our appetite. It is an older building and the hotel is kept in a good condition and clean. Will definitely chose it again.

Thehotel was nice for business and pleasure. They have business center, a restaurant nice lobby bar where you can get anything from a capuccino to a shot of whiskey. The staff is amazing very pleasant accomodating and the servers inside the restaurant at breakfast were AMAZING -especially Nancy and Eldar they would go out of their way to assure we were taken care of. Comfortable and spacious rooms excellent pool area and gym - best of all, is the central location. Not exactly in the Center, however it is in an upscale and walking distance to Paseo de Montejo, with awesome restaurants, shopping and horse drawn carriages beautiful and safe city. I've been there twice in the past year.. people are warm and kind... a beautiful difference..- Ines Menendez
