It was average

Rooms and building were very clean, staff was amazing. BUT!!! For $400 for a night, I was expecting a better breakfast, then 2 hard-boiled eggs in a box with muffin, apple sauce, yogurt, cheese slice and juice box.

Its an old hotel with some renovation. You pay for the location obviously. Overall it was nice stay since we did not have a car. Would definetely come back to Kingston but at an hotel located elsewhere.

The elevator does not go to the second level of underground parking making it a challenge if you have a lot of luggage. The property was described as having a terrace, which when I asked about it was told it has not been available for some time. The staff were excellent. Breakfast was good. The location was excellent.

Well situated in downtown Kingston on the water.Breakfast was ordinary with a lot of carbs and sugary drinks.

The property is dated but extremely clean. The staff are so good. We always stay there bc of the e location and staff. Been going to this hotel for ever IYKYK.

The hotel was staff were great. The room was super clean and the water pressure was amazing. I can't wait to stay there again. The location was awesome.

Enjoyed the “Bento Box” breakfast and the location was central to everything. The hotel has few amenities and is need of upgrades.

L'emplacement est vraiment idéal! Tout se fait à pied, princess street et ontario stret pour shopping et nourriture. Juste à côté du marché public et des soirée animée au Square en arrière de l'hôtel de ville. La piscine extérieure est vraiment un plus pour une pause du soleil dans la journée. Le lit était Ultra confortable. La chambre vraiment propre et le staff est réactif en cas de soucis ou de questions.

Breakfast got boring after the second day. I shudder to think I'd have the same things, without much choice (one hard boiled egg or two) if we stayed an entire week! TV was in poor working order, stations above 5000 constantly cut in and out, freezing (poor Internet connection??). Our last night the TV didn't work at all ( we were compensated). Hotel could use some cosmetic updates. Not a fan of the glass bathroom sliding doors.
