How polite the staff is. The rooms are clean and cozy. Love the view of the water.

This was my first time staying here. The room was nice and big enough for 4 people, parking was easy to find and breakfast was included. Staff was very friendly. Only thing that took us off guard was that the walls were very thin and the door to the bathroom was broken and we had to place it back on its hinges.

Needed a place for a quick stay close to Hospital during surgery, easy check in, friendly staff, decent bento box breakfast, clean and spacious room. Right on the waterfront with a 10 min walk to hospital. Price was good.

Staff was very nice, giving good tips for prospective students looking to move to Kingston, and being genuinely friendly with good recommendations to make our short stay a good one.

It stated wheelchair accessible. My brother in law was able to get up the ramp but the path to it was snow covered and challeng. non accessible parking spot either.

We travel to Kingston a lot and will not be staying there again! Do not recommend

We had a clean and comfortable room with a gorgeous view of the river from the top floor. We enjoyed our stay immensely.
