Nice hotel clean hotel very nice staff

Staff and rooms were great. Hotel restaurant switched from Starbucks coffee to Seattles Best to horrid Nescafe all in the past 6 months. Left the restaurant without order food after one taste of the Nescafé. Do better. Charge the extra $.25 and provide better coffee.

Excellent room and view…unfortunately, the underground packing was not available. This meant we had to park in a “local” parking area that was not 100% monitored. This was super annoying. No money off was offered.

I was unable to even stay at this property due to the fact that they advertised having secure parking and had no parking on site. We were expected to park blocks away in an open parking downtown and then walked to the hotel. When I told them this would not work for us and we needed to find a new hotel, they also refused to refund me stating that there was nothing that could be done.

The room was clean and fairly spacious. The carpet was older and room could use updating. The restaurant was large, food and staff very good. Very large lobby, nicely done.

Parking for guests should be included in price. The restaurant closed for breakfast at 10 am. Went down the street to get breakfast. Rooms do not have updated amenities such as charging stations for electronics (iPhones and laptops).

Very welcoming, everything went as expected, no issues. Warm cookies on arrival is a lovely touch, never had that before. Thank you for a great stay!

Air conditioning kept leaking keeping me awake throughout the night. Fridge was not working either. And $20 a night for parking for each vehicle is insane. Costing my stay $80 just to park.

Lovely stay. Great service from the front desk with a warm cookie upon arrival. Rooms were clean and parking was fantastic. Will stay again.
