Excellent location, walking distance for visiting the parliament and byward market

The hotel and rooms were very clean. The staff were so friendly and accommodating, couldn’t do enough for you. Highly recommend the hotel.

Parking is first come first serve even if you request a spot online prior. I also called ahead to see if they have spaces and was informed they did but the lot was full when we arrived. I understand it’s not the front desk staff’s fault but he was rude about the situation. I found the room smelled like stale cigarette smoke.

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful! Clean and great location. Would definitely stay again.

The location is wonderful. We enjoyed walking around and there were lots of amazing restaurants and cafes nearby. The staffs are very welcoming, friendly and supportive. We will still stay here next time visiting Ottawa.

We stayed at this hotel for a couple of nights. Check-in was easy and the staff were friendly and helpful. The room was small, but comfortable and clean. Excellent location, 5 minutes to the main street with restaurants. 10 minutes to Hop on Hop off or Lady Dive tours. 15 minutes to ByWard market. Lots of Ubers to get you around. Parking, is available for a charge, just register your vehicle at check-in.

The room was tiny. And it was linked to the room next door through a door. Therefore, there was no soundproofing with the neighbors. Aside from that, all was fine and clean.

Centrally located, ARC Hotel was great for our get get away in downtown Ottawa. Staff were great, accommodation was good.

We had a room with 1 king size bed and it was on the smaller size but the main issue we found was the bathroom was right beside the bed which left no privacy for doing any business in there if you know what I mean. You had to turn on the shower if you needed to hide any noise you wanted to hide. Just being in bed 6 feet from the toilet was wrong! As far as location in Ottawa, it was the perfect hotel and the staff were excellent!

Me and my husband just stayed at Arc Hotel for 1 night . We arrived earlier than the checked-in time but we need to park our car at their Parking area so I ask the front desk if we can and the guy was very kind and he allowed us. The Parking is safe. The room is clean and we enjoyed our stay there. Except on the last minute when we almost checked-out my hubby used the washroom but then the water is too slow flushing down. Uggh it was embarrassing leaving the room the toilet bowl didn't work well. I inform the front desk about the issue when we checked-out . Hope it will resolve.

The property was easily accessible from public transportation (the O train). Walking distance to sights. Close to many restaurants and other amenities. Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Recommend

Parking was easy. The staff was really helpful. Good location. We went to the Ballett and could walk to restaurants and the venue.

Everything i needed and good location and nice staff

We only stayed for the one night but enjoyed this hotel! Close to amenities, clean, very comfortable beds, welcoming and helpful staff as well! The parking garage is a bit pricey ($32) but totally understandable given the location and other prices in the area for parking! Other than that I recommend this hotel to anyone

all good except for am wake-up noise from (we & the staff guessed) the ice machine.
