Très bon séjour

Was all good just a mix up at the counter where my credit card got charger 3 times. Not a problem, but for someone who was counting on that money they would have destroyed their stay in Ottawa. The refund was done and luckily I had extra money, but 3 separate charges, two made somewhat since, the third was for over a thousand bucks for three nights. This didn't match any possible price. Hotel was nice, staff was nice, just look at you card charges after.

Location is convenient if you’re exploring downtown.

Everything was perfect—very clean, a well-located hotel, and the suite with a kitchenette was super convenient. The pool and spa were great fun! Next time I visit Ottawa, this is the hotel where I’ll stay!

What a wonderful experience I had with staff; the apartment; and the location. It was just a lovely experience! I definitely will return.

It's a really clean building with a nice pool, but we had to pay extra for parking, which I thought was included.

Clean room, beyond convenient location, accommodating and friendly staff. The added convenience of a kitchen - I would always check Cartier Place before looking at other options

Nous avon retrouvé une pentouf dans la chambre, a-t-elle été nettoyé? Nous n'avons pas eu la chambre promis, moins d'espace Il manquait plusieurs éléments à la cuisine: 3 fourchettes, 2 cuillères, etc La chaise sur le balcon brisé Signe de moissisure sous le matelas du sofa Je souhaite avoir un remboursement. Nous avons du quitter rapidement le dernier jour, je ne pouvais pas me permettre une gestion de crise avec le help desk qui est très lent.

front desk staff are exceptional- super responsive and answered all questions. Rooms are outdated but as advertised. Great location with lots of restaurant options close by.

Bel emplacement. A quelques minutes a pied du parlement et du centre-ville. Il y a parcontre du travail à faire au niveau de la propreté des chambres et aussi il y a trop de chlore dans la piscine

It was great !

Charged me for a night I didn't stay, called to make a change minutes after booking and they said they can't make changes. Then I get my room, not in the main building but in " the towers " which is so far from main lobby I can't order food in. Then, not they an hour, I go to grab food, come back and there is an old couple in my room. They gave my room key and checked another couple into a room I was already checked into. Obviously the system doesn't work great. Also no AC except the bedroom.
