Room was clean, however, tv often cut out, the fridge didn’t work. Staff wasn’t very fluent in English and still entered my room with a do not disturb sign. Didn’t use the wifi. Laundry machine cost 4& in coins which is hard to come by. Vending machine says 1.85 for a can of pop then charges your card 5&… breakfast is dry but simple.

Pleasantly surprised at this hotel as I booked without checking previous reviews and we never heard of this hotel so were unsure what to expect, but it was great! The room was smaller, but very clean. Desk staff were friendly and answered any questions we had. There was a decent breakfast offered and the area has alot of options close by We will stay in this hotel again on our next trip to Ottawa.

It was a comfortable and quiet stay. Staff were friendly and efficient. I'd recommend my stay to other people.

everything was perfectly acceptable, bathroom, sheets, common areas were clean. Our room had nice amenities, microwave, coffee maker, minifridge, and a tv. Wifi was no issue. The curtains blocked the sun well. only down side was the door didn't block as much of the sound from the hallway as it could, but wasn't too bad.

The hotel was very clean. It's obviously an older building, but the rooms have been renovated recently. They are very clean and modernized. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. We would definately look at this hotel again when visiting Ottawa. Great value!

Clean and ultra quiet. Unfortunately, continental breakfast was dry and not good.

Front desk is friendly and recognized us from previous stays. Parking lot is clean. Lobby is clean. The only downside was there were no clothes hangers in the room to hang clothing.
