Unfortunately this was our 5th location stay while in Morocco and was the least satisfying.

The room was dark but clean. We had an issue with the toilet door and we were there for 2 nights. They could not get someone sooner. Location is good. Restaurant staff and food was good too, specially the Moroccon Harira soup.

Good location. Clean room but the beds are very hard as are the pillows so we didn’t have good sleeps.

They should have USB points near the beds and table The lighting should be more brighter The breakfast was very average

I was so happy with my stay in Idou Anfa. The staff was wonderful and hospitable Everyone greeted me with genuine kindness from the moment my taxi dropped me off. My room was perfect and had all I needed and even a great view. I will absolutely stay again! The location is excellent and you can walk to anything you want or need . It’s for me the prime locaton in the heart of Casa. Thank you all the management team and staff for being rigorous about all the details that matters .

Excellent hotel for travellers arriving in Casablanca. 1/2 hour walk from Hassan II Mosque.

Everyone was so kind and patient - from front security to check in person and everyone in between. Restaurant staff was so sweet and accommodating. Rooms were clean and comfy. Housekeeping staff was detailed. Excellent experience overall.

Everything was excellent. The property met our expectations. Very polite and helpful staff. The room was little bit cold and central heating for building was switched off, but we're provided with a heater, which helped a lot. Shower was amazing, bed comfy, we were very satisfied.

Excellent concierge and other staff but the hotel though new has average quality and the scent is so strong it gave me a headache

Very boring and unattractive design. They have no bar, although its advertised in their elevator. They serve pork, so not sure if its a religious thing or not. Also, the roof deck apparently is only open from 3 pm onward, which makes no sense. Don't recommend.

Everything in the room was dirty, glasses, coffee maker, towels. Room service terrible the plate was dirty and chiken tasted old
