The staff are friendly and provide excellent service. They remember customers accurately. The location is great, right next to the BTS, making travel very convenient.

We went for a family trip and the hotel staffs are friendly especially Charlie from the concierge and Nice from the ginger buffet restaurant whom are very pleasant and helpful in our stay here. Ambience is good and close to many shopping malls and breakfast buffet is very nice with good mixture of European and Asian foods.

Ada kelebihan dan kekurangan menginap di Holiday Inn Bangkok ini. Kelebihannya adalah lokasi yang strategis, di tengah kota dan dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan seperti Gaysorn Bangkok, Amarin Plaza Bangkok, Centralworld, Big C, Platinum Fashion Mall, Pasar Pratunam, tinggal jalan kaki 10-15 menit saja serta jalanan yang ramah pejalan kaki. Namun kekurangannya, dengan harga yang menurut saya agak mahal untuk ukuran kantong saya, fasilitas hotelnya standar dan biasa saja, mirip hotel bintang tiga. Kamar yang diberikan memang ukurannya luas, namun bangunan lama, liftnya kurang aman karena tidak dilengkapi dengan akses kartu sehingga semua orang yang bukan tamu bisa masuk sesuka hati, beberapa furniture dan pintu kamar mandi sudah agak lapuk, meja setrikaan sudah mau ambruk, setrikanya besar dan berat, amenities juga kualitasnya biasa banget, apalagi view kamarnya cuma bangunan parkir mobil gedung lain sehingga merusak mood karena alasan menginap di sini untuk pleasure dan dapat menikmati menu sarapan yang istimewa. Kenyataannya, menu sarapan pagi kebanyakan tidak halal - seringnya mengandung pork (not Moslem friendly), juice nya hanya concentrate yang mengandung banyak gula terlalu manis (bukan dari buah segar / fresh fruit), variasi buahnya standar dan kurang manis, menu mie kuahnya kurang sesuai lidah berasa aneh, bahkan air putih normal tidak tersedia, hanya air es saja, apalagi infused water tidak tersedia, sedih banget deh. Namun, yang special buat saya ada menu soya milk dengan topping bervariasi (cincau, nata de coco, red bean, dan lain-lain) dan bakpao rasa taro (tidak tiap hari juga), itu poin positifnya.

The location of the hotel is superb, 1 BTS stop away from Siam, walk distance to Central World and Big C. Breakfast service was superb and plentiful. Additional gem was the 7-11 behind the hotel that have everything you need.

Lokasi bagus dekat dengan pusat perbelanjaan, sarapan juga banyak pilihan dan pelayanannya juga sangat baik, tapi kalau siang agak sedikit terganggu dengan suara dari kontraktor pembangunan di sebelah hotel. Tapi overall semua mantap.
