Thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The restaurants and food options on site were great. The only limitations was breakfast closing and the lunch not opening until an hour later. Not ideal for sleep in mornings after travel or a night out in Berlin. Perfect amenities and service

Hotel was nice but not 5* more like an average 4* experience . Aircon (room 3186) sounded like a jet engine , the bar service was terrible.

I am really impress with Radisson Collection Hotel in Berlin. Very near the Christmas markets. Beautiful Atrium. Bedroom is excellent, clean, great amenities. Highly recommended. Love this hotel.

The staff were lovely from the moment we walked in and very helpful when needed. The hotel was super clean and organised and very peaceful. Our room was a perfect size with a comfy bed. Couldn’t have asked for more!

Really good sized rooms, comfortable beds. Close to train station at Alexanderplatz, near other transport options (bus, trams) friendly staff. Lots of seating in the bar.
