Hugh place

The property was very dirty. Hallways and floors were filthy we asked for bottles of water and the girl told us they don’t give any water out anymore. The breakfast was terrible things were not cooked and the tables were filthy. We won’t be back

The price was amazing and I even received a 25% of for another visit. The property is in need of care. And sadly there is not restaurant during the week when it would have been so great. The rugs all over excluding the room (was good+) for the price, though the tv was poor. I would stay again. Simply because as a Government of Alberta employee it would save the tax payer alot of money. Unfortunately, I would still consider others.

Clean room and convenient

Beds are old and too soft. Water is slow to drain. Bedding is not quality

Clean rooms, helpful staff and safe ans secure location. Pool waa clean and breakfast was as expected very good.

The staff were pleasant. The hotel is clean but becoming dated. The hotel buffet was good and there were plenty of tables.

This is by far my favourite place to stay in Edmonton. The rooms are beautiful and having two king beds is such a bonus—everything feels spacious and the beds are incredibly comfortable. The staff at this location truly make the experience. Everyone is consistently friendly, welcoming, and helpful, which keeps us coming back. The included full breakfast is always good and a great start to the day. The only downside this time was the pool area—the sauna was closed and the hot tub was only lukewarm, which was a bit disappointing. Overall, we still love staying here and will absolutely be back. Thank you for another great visit!

Comfortable, clean, and great rates for a place to stay!

Both of our rooms were not restocked on towels each day. We were left with no towels at all and had to request them each day. The self-made waffles and pancakes were great, but the other buffet food was cold and overcooked every morning

The location is really on the outskirts of the city. The bathtubs are really weird. Tight and small not ideal for a grown adult. The pool area really echoes. It would be amazing to have some adult exclusive hours. Staff was really friendly. Beds were really comfortable. Buffet was decent although they continued to run out of items and it took a long time to refill.

Tv locked out from using HDMI input, only free channels. Any movies start at $25. Showerhead is a weak trickle of water. Breakfast consists of everything microwaved

Very comfortable beds and nice and quiet.
