Front desk was cordial and articulate. Lobby bar bartender was a perfect host !

Easy check-in and friendly staff. They gave us an upgrade which was a nice touch. The room was very large and extremely clean. Free drinking water in the room. Great AC but a little noisy. Very good location- 2 minutes walk from the King station. Lots of shopping and restaurants in the neighborhood. Will come again!

The staff were great!, the cleanliness was also very nice to see. The price of this hotel downtown Toronto was very reasonable considering its a nice hotel, however I did find that it was noisy. You could easily hear people down the hall and the ventilation A/C unit was constantly making clicking sounds. Overall its worth it.

Our first time at the King Edward. We usually stay at another hotel when staying downtown Toronto but wanted to try somewhere new. It was an excellent choice. The staff is exceptional. The afternoon tea was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. We will definitely return.

Great location, beautiful lobby, efficient check in, large comfortable bed with luxurious linens. The room was a quiet oasis. The only minor negative aspect was the coffee maker. It only provided espresso and I would have enjoyed a large cup of coffee. But that's a personal preference. Also we used another parking option under the new St Lawrence market which was convenient and a less expensive option. Overall a great hotel and would definitely stay again and recommend. Thank you.

Hotel / rooms were excellent. 10 out 10. Hotel staff were very responsive and helpful. They were able to give us recommendation for dining and extremely helpful with getting us to Rogers Stadium for a concert.
