Durante nuestra estacia un candado de equipaje fue roto y extrajeron las joyas de fantasia fina de sus estuches correspondientes, el valor aproximado $2,500 dls. No me han brindado acceso al pietaje de las camaras, pero cuento con fotografia del reporte realizado/

Great location and very clean

Slow draining bathtub that looks from the 90s. The shower head and the shower temp mixer need replacement, took a long time to get hot water. Restroom door was off hinge. The linens were stained. Looked like burnt marks. Definitely below par to other stays. Room 1031

A good hotel and very centric

My stay at Barceló was very good. The staff were so accommodating and friendly. The room was very clean with a beautiful view of the best city in the world, Guadalajara. There are amenities that I could not take advantage of, but I seen the facilities such as the pool and the gym. They were clean and secure. There was one small issue with noisy neighbors but security came and handled the issue very quickly. I would recommend Barceló.

The hotel was nice great Spa Work out area and pool with plenty of loungers and shade. If you’re heading to the Expo center it’s perfect just across from side entrance which is less crowded than main. Good parking nice restaurant and a coffee shop. The staff were all wonderful. I stayed a week. One complaint is there was no spot to buy beer and wine to get a beer you had to go use room service or go to restaurant wait for server then wait for server to write up a ticket. They had soft drinks chips ect in little “ market” it would have been nice to have a beer in a can. But for a weeks stay the room was comfortable a little sparse on towels washcloths only when asked in room mini bar barely had room to keep a to go box cool. The Housekeepering and Room service staff were so friendly and helpful. Yes I would stay there again.

Elegí la categoría Level Club asumiendo que iba a tener una muy buena habitación y servicios adicionales premium. Nada de eso ocurrió: el hotel parecería renovado desde el exterior y la zonas comunes o el Lobby pero los pasillos y las habitaciones son muy viejas y con poco mantenimiento.

Fast check-in and very helpful concierge staff. Comfortable, clean,and quiet room. Awesome pool area and easy underground parking. Good breakfast although meals were expensive. We senior’s don’t eat that much food to pay for a buffet.
